Examples of strengths in a territory are growing markets and favorable economic conditions. A weakness may be that a competitor already has deep penetration in the marketplace. An opportunity may take the form of a new product being introduced by your company which is a good fit for companies in your territory. An example of a threat may be a rumor that a competitor is building a manufacturing site nearby.
